In a nutshell:

• You can create a Voice Pack (ie: a notecard) with your own voice.
• Thanks to the Voice Pack Maker, which is offered in the Good Moaning DevKit, creating a Voice Pack Notecard is easy and doesn't require any building skill.
• After you have created this notecard, you can use it in many Good Moaning items.
