To create a tattoo with this image:

Upload your image to Second life.
Right click in your inventory > New Clothes > New Universal.
Wear this new universal.
Right-click this new universal in your inventory and tick Edit to edit it.
Drag and drop your image in the Aux3 Tattoo slot of the Universal, and save it.
All done! Don't forget to enable BOM in the OPTIONS tab of the Live Cock!
